PHILLY AGENTS SHOWCASE Kathy Wickline Presents The Philly Agents Showcase! ??????++ ??An average of 70% of the talent are offered representation! ++ This event prepares talent by providing the rare opportunity to meet multiple local talent agents. ?++ General Itinerary 9:30am - Arrival and continental breakfast 10:00am - Q&A with the Agents/Managers and Casting Director 11:00am - Performance Rotations Approximately 1:00pm - Written Evaluations are given ++ Actors must bring 4 Headshots (with Resumes stapled to the back) AND Questions for the Panel! Talent is invited to perform a (1-2 minute) monologue and a copy we can provide. ++ What is the point of coming to a showcase when you can just attend an open call? ++ • Showcases allow you to spend an afternoon interacting with the agents/managers • NOT ALL AGENTS/MANAGERS have open calls so showcases are a great opportunity to meet these individuals! • YOU ask YOUR questions! • YOU receive written feedback from each of the panelists on different aspects of your performance including presentation, material choice, headshots, resume, etc. • You will perform for multiple agents/managers individually and privately ++ Panelists are as follows: ?Lindsey Catherine of MMA: MMA is a full-service model and talent agency that has been booking models and talent in the Philadelphia area since 1991. MMA works with actors and models ages four to senior citizens for On-Camera, Print, Voice-overs, Fashion, & Promotional projects. MMA has helped talent recently have booked projects for Burlington Coat Factory, Sprout, Five Below, Shop Rite, QVC, Philly Style Magazine, David’s Bridal, Sesame Place, Ricola, and much more! + Cathy Parker of Cathy Parker Management: Cathy has been a Personal Manager since 1983. She’s proud to say that she started the careers of Kelly Ripa and Ryan Phillippe. Her clients have starred in national and regional commercials, off and on Broadway productions and feature films. Many of her clients have had Day Player roles in LAW AND ORDER: SVU, DAMAGES, NURSE JACKIE, BLUE BLOOD, THE GOOD WIFE and many more. She represents all ages. + Peter Coe of Peter Coe Talent Agency: Peter Coe Talent Agency has been in business since 2002. Since its inception Peter Coe Talent has booked performers in roles in every area of the business. Notables include recurring principals on "All My Children", various other episodic TV and films, numerous industrials, commercials, and VOs, and print work (both national and regional campaigns). Recent booking credits include principal roles in the Mark Wahlberg feature film "The Other Guys", "The Untitled JLB Project", Law and Order, and HBO show Boardwalk Empire. + Greer Lange of Expressions Model & Talent Agency: Greer Lange has 30+ years in the business. Expressions runs a full-scale agency, representing kids through grandparents for both acting and modeling. Recent clients include: Nickelodeon, Hershey Park, Merck Pharmaceutical, Dover Downs Casino, and QVC. Some of their movie credits include: Dark Fields and Amanda. Print bookings include: Campbell’s Soup, Burlington Coat Factory, and Forman Mills. Some commercial highlights: Pets Mart, NJ State Aquarium, and Fred Beans Car commercials. ++ *KWC guarantees 3 agents for this event.
